    Askimo

    NLP / Voice AI Engineer

Askimo builds voice agents for small and medium enterprises running sales and support operations, where callers expect to be answered in their own regional language and the agent is expected to know who they are.

Built the real-time agent stack: an asyncio orchestrator running Sarvam ASR into a Silero VAD fine-tuned on regional pause patterns for turn detection, into Mistral 7B for intent classification and tool routing, into local speech synthesis. Live CRM context is injected into the prompt so the agent opens knowing the caller, and function calling drives the workflows — lookup, booking, transfer to a human. Deployed on AWS EC2 behind a load balancer with SQS call distribution, inference batching and connection pooling holding sub-second end-to-end latency across roughly twenty concurrent calls.

    Mountaingreen.at

Cloud Operations · Backend Engineer · Data Consultant

Mountaingreen runs an affiliate platform for cannabis plant leasing, with orders, commission chains and KYC compliance on infrastructure that had been hand-configured on a single EC2 instance and never captured in code.

Migrated the platform onto ECS Fargate behind an ALB, with RDS PostgreSQL 16 and read replicas, ElastiCache Redis and CloudFront, all of it defined in Terraform and deployed through GitHub Actions — deploy time went from an hour and a half of manual SSH work to eight minutes of pipeline. Also ran the data recovery: a failed MySQL-to-PostgreSQL migration two years earlier had silently dropped 2,347 orders, which were reconstructed from email archives and Stripe transaction history and reconciled, and eighteen months of commission payouts recomputed against bank records.

  3. Oct — Dec 2025

    Chimera Compound, LLC

    AI/ML & Backend Engineer

The product launched as LayFlat AI and was later renamed Chimera Studio: an AI platform that transforms clothing photographs into professional flat-lay and studio imagery, removing a photoshoot from the e-commerce content pipeline.

Architected and implemented the backend and the image pipeline. SegFormer segments the garment, ControlNet derives spatial priors from that mask so generation is constrained to the real product contour, InstructPix2Pix applies the instruction-driven edit or SDXL synthesises a new background, and Real-ESRGAN finishes the frame. Built the model-serving infrastructure behind it — stateless API on AWS Lambda in front of GPU workers, signed S3 delivery to the iOS and Android clients, Redis caching for repeated prompts — and the routing rule that sends garment edits and background synthesis to different models.

    Zenfinity

    Chief Technology Officer

Zenfinity is a pre-seed AI wellness platform covering meditation, breathwork and Vedic-astrology guidance, with two AI products: StarSage for Vedic astrology and InnerCoach for psychology-based coaching.

Led a team of 12 engineers across AI, backend and data, owning the technical roadmap and delivery. Built the company’s AI core — fine-tuned, evaluated, deployed and scaled the LLMs powering both StarSage and InnerCoach — architected the data collection and preparation pipeline, and owned backend and database development. Sustained 99.9% uptime at sub-2s median response under concurrent load, grew the active user base from 1,100 to 12,000 (~11×), and cut LLM inference cost by roughly 40% through model optimisation, quantization and caching.

  5. Oct 2023 — Feb 2024

    VocalEats

Voice AI / NLP Engineer · Database Administrator

VocalEats is a restaurant automation platform that puts voice agents in front of the phone line and wires them into the CRM and POS, handling order taking, reservations and customer interactions.

Used WebRTC libraries — LiveKit — together with ASR, TTS and LLM components to develop and integrate the voice agents into restaurant POS systems through the Square API. Whisper transcribes, Mistral classifies intent and extracts menu items and modifiers few-shot against the live menu, and an explicit order state machine validates availability before anything reaches the kitchen. Handled customer payment capture through Square, and served as database administrator: field-level encryption, HIPAA-aware handling of anything that touches allergy information, and SIP-trunk escalation to human staff as a designed path rather than a failure.

    MarketingHub.ca

    AI Consultant · Automation Architect

MarketingHub.ca (Dave Groups Inc, Ontario) is a full-service digital marketing agency running campaigns across a stack of HubSpot, Zapier, Monday.com and Slack.

Built LLM-backed automation into that existing stack rather than beside it: a Python hub on AWS Lambda that takes a trigger, pulls client context from HubSpot, retrieves similar past campaigns as grounding, and routes to a model chosen by task complexity instead of always reaching for the strongest one. Every output goes to Slack for human approval before it syncs back, and all calls are logged for audit. Ongoing engagement covering lead qualification, campaign briefs, email operations and CRM enrichment.

  7. Sep 2022 — Aug 2023

    BeastFluence GmbH

    AI & NLP Engineer

BeastFluence GmbH is an international marketing, branding and AI agency based in Leipzig, Germany, operating under GDPR — which rules out sending customer data to third-party inference endpoints.

Developed multi-agent systems for automated outreach, lead generation and query handling. Fine-tuned and deployed local Small Language Models for GDPR-compliant on-prem inference with automated SMTP workflows, and fine-tuned image-to-image models while optimising the agentic orchestration for deployment. The company’s recommendation letter records the same work: machine-learning architectures across neural networks and deep learning, with a focus on NLP and LLM optimisation.
