Mountaingreen.at — Platform Migration & Data Recovery
Rebuilt an affiliate platform's backend off deprecated JavaScript frameworks onto a modern Node.js/Express stack with a proper routing layer, migrated it from a single hand-configured EC2 box onto ECS Fargate behind Terraform, and reconstructed 2,347 orders that a failed database migration had silently dropped two years earlier.

RAG where the retrieval is the product: semantic chunking, MiniLM embeddings over Chroma, citation-constrained generation and an independent fact-check pass.

SegFormer segmentation into ControlNet spatial priors into InstructPix2Pix or SDXL, finished with Real-ESRGAN — staged, so the product survives the edit.

Multi-agent systems with typed tool surfaces, staged execution and visible reasoning, including irreversible on-chain operations behind human gates.

ECS Fargate, RDS PostgreSQL, ElastiCache and CloudFront under Terraform, deployed through GitHub Actions. Quantization and caching where the bill lives.
